Before moving to the Sunshine Coast, I worked
in Management Information Systems as IT (Information Technology) Manager
for a large Canadian retailer, and before that, as a Programmer/Systems
Analyst/Project Manager for a successful Canadian software development
company.
When
my husband and I discovered the Sunshine Coast in 1991, we immediately
fell in love with its natural beauty, friendly people and rural
feel. We made a major life changing decision and moved here within
months of our first visit. We created a successful outdoor adventure
business which is still growing and prospering today, started a
family, built our home, and immersed ourselves in community organizations,
recreational groups and the myriad of outdoor activities available
to us here at our doorstep.
After
working for three years as assistant to award winning and top producing
Realtors John and Bev Thompson, I earned my Agent/Broker Real Estate
License through the UBC Sauder School of Business. I am loving my
new career.
My background in senior management, computer technology, and marketing
and sales, combined with my 15 years of small business operation,
parenting and participating in life on the Sunshine Coast allow
me to bring a fresh, professional and knowledgeable approach to
shopping for real estate in this beautiful part of the world.
